Services are typically delivered on a time & materials basis, with hourly rates aligned to the expertise required. Components of the standard architecture and closed-loop decision system design, as well as customizations, can be structured as fixed-fee or recurring if regular upgrades are part of the agreement. Core advisory and analytical services can be provided on-site or remotely.

Implementation programs are structured as defined project engagements—typically delivered in focused 1–2 week execution cycles. These are scoped based on objectives, complexity, and team composition, ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, and outcomes.

All deliverables, including code, data models, and analytical assets, are transferred to the client upon completion. Clients retain full ownership of the intellectual property developed as part of the engagement.
